Terms of Service

Privacy Policy

If it's mechanical, we do it all!

Introduction

1.Introduction

Welcome to Brayton Plumbing Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “Company”). By using our website, submitting a service request, or engaging our plumbing, heating or gas fitting services, you agree to the following Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

These Terms apply to all services provided by us (residential, commercial, renovation, emergency services, etc.). Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

2.1 Service Scope

We provide plumbing, heating and gas fitting services, including — but not limited to — repairs, installations, renovations, maintenance, emergency services, and system upgrades. The scope of each service will be described in your quote or estimate.

2.2 Estimates and Rates

  • Hourly rates, flat rates for specific services, or project-based quotes will be provided depending on the job.

  • By accepting our quote or scheduling service, you agree to the rates, fees, and terms described therein.

  • After‑hours / emergency service rates (if applicable) will apply outside standard business hours.

  • All estimates are subject to change if additional work or parts are required beyond the original scope; we will notify you if this occurs before proceeding.

2.3 Materials & Parts Policy

  • Materials used are charged as a single line item on your invoice.

  • If you provide your own parts, we can install them — but we do not warranty customer-supplied parts.

  • If our technicians must leave the site to purchase additional materials, the time spent will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

2.4 Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of work and prior to departure of our technicians, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods will be listed on your invoice or quote.

  • Deposits may apply for certain jobs (e.g. large installations or renovations); these will be specified in the estimate.

2.5 Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may schedule services by phone, email, or online form.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation or rescheduling policies (including any minimum‑service or call‑out fees) will be specified in your service agreement.

  • For after-hours or emergency calls, you are asked to confirm the service need carefully — once technicians arrive on site, the minimum call-out or emergency fee applies.

2.6 Liability, Warranty & Guarantees

  • We are licensed, bonded, and insured. Services are completed in compliance with applicable plumbing heating and gas fitting regulations in British Columbia.

  • We warranty our workmanship according to the terms laid out in your estimate/invoice. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts supplied by us.

  • We are not liable for defects, damages, or issues arising from materials or parts supplied by the customer.

  • For any work, you agree to allow us to correct issues covered by our warranty if notified within the warranty period.

3. Privacy Policy
